The Lanning Family: Charlotte Family Photographer

Candice and Dan are the creators behind The Beautiful Mess Photography and not only are the super talented but they are living their dreams.  A little over a year ago they sold their home, bought land, built their dream home and have started a farm.  You can find all their farm and home pictures and progress over on their Instagram Rolling Brook Farms (Trust me….you want to check it out-im slightly jealous!).  We’ve had the honor of them capturing our family a few times now and I was so excited (alright and a little nervous) when Candice said she’d like to have me photograph them!  I don’t photography a lot of other photographers and so I did feel a little pressure but the moment I started clicking it all went away.  They are such a fun family and their girls are a hoot!  Im glad I got the opportunity to photograph them when I did because Stevie is missing her front teeth and I LOVE IT.  Its made me a little excited for when Pierson is toothless.  Anyhow, enjoy a few of my favorites from our afternoon together.
