Last weekend Paul and I went to the highland games and camped for 4 days/3 nights. I’ve been camping before but not for longer then just one single night. We enjoyed the music-guitar playing, atmosphere, bag pipers, drum circles, warm fires and cool nights, cooking on the warm fires, late night conversations, marshmallow wars…yes, marshmallow wars, believe it or not- taking cold showers, and overall just spending time with the family. Paul’s family camps there ever year. It really is alot of fun, and relaxing. Next time I will be more prepared and take more stuff. I tried to pack to light-and that was a bad choice.
