Is he not the cutest thing EVER?! This little guy is very prompt. He came on his original due date (which also happened to be my grandma’s birthday) and made quite the entrance into the world! I was sent home from the hospital after having contractions for over 18 hours because I was only 1 cm. Once he decided he was ready, he was ready- which resulted in us having a home birth! I’ve never experienced so much adrenaline, and hormones before in my life. It’s a moment I will never forget.
I can’t even begin to describe the amount of love you accumulate when you see your little one for the first time. We are completely in love and are in awe of him every minute of the day. I seriously can’t help but to stare at him for hours on in as he smiles and makes cute little faces. So get ready, over the course of my maternity leave I’ll be posting blogs about him. :) I just can’t resist. Here are some of my favorites from a little mini session we did with him when we was 7 days old.
